    Delta city organizers are putting the final touches on plans to build a pocket park. The site is where the old West's Home Center building was situated. KVNF News spoke with Delta City Manager David Torgler to find out about how the grants were awarded for the project and to get the news. Graduate students from CU Denver held a workshop to help with the design of the new park.
